If we agree to set the parameter at 60% of the balance of the particular account that you would like settled ($6,000 settling $10,000). Absolute Debt Solutions, Inc. would have to at least obtain or better that figure before you would be liable for any fee for that particular account.
This is not a guarantee that the creditor will settle for this amount, only that if we do not reach this goal "you pay us no fees for that specific debt".

Your creditors will be asked to communicate with our office directly. This could deliver you the immediate relief from any stress that you may have been experiencing from phone calls.

We coordinate and settle all of the accounts you choose at the same time.  When you couple this strategy with the settlement authorization it creates a cut and dry potential solution.

After successful negotiations with each creditor, we obtain letters from them that outline the exact specifics of the settlements in writing. Once we receive each letter from each creditor you will pay each of them directly. As you hold all funds used for settlement, you have complete control of the program.

If we are unsuccessful in obtaining our debt relief goals and settlement amount we will provide you with that particular creditors best offer. You then have the option to settle on that account with out being liable for any fee to Absolute Debt Solutions for that specific account. You pay nothing if we are unable to reach our goal. We will then provide you with a letter from your creditor explaining the settlement along with instructions on where to send your final payment to.

Under the Service Based Debt Relief Program our fees are based on the "amount saved" not amount owed. The amount charged is 20% of the amount saved. There are no monthly service fees and no enrollment fees. Fees are paid to Absolute as each account is settled.

Example: If an enrolled debt is $10,000.00 and we settle it for 60% or $6,000.00 we saved you $4,000.00. Our fee is based on the $4,000.00 NOT THE FULL $10,000.00. Traditional debt settlement would cost you 15% of the $10,000.00 or $1,500.00. The cost in this example is the $6,000.00 and a fee of 800.00. This is $700.00 less than a traditional debt relief program allowing more of your funds to be used for debt relief.

Service Fee Refund Policy : If we are unable to settle an enrolled account, we refund back to the client, an amount equal to the service fee charged on that particular account balance at initial enrollment. This policy does not state a guarantee the creditor will settle for this amount, only that if we can not perform to this level you pay us nothing for that enrolled account.
